Windmill Inns & Suites and Village Suites are pleased to allow pets without an additional pet fee or pet deposit. We are also dedicated to ensuring the comfort of all guests (pet owners and non-pet owners alike). To accomplish this we have created the following "Pets Welcome - Guest Comfort" Guidelines.
Pet owners must let us know when making their reservations and upon check-in that they are traveling with a pet, so that we may provide them with an appropriate suite or room.
Each location has a limited number of suites or rooms that are designated as "Pet Rooms." Reservations for guests traveling with pets are limited to this availability. -- Please call (800) 547-4747 to make reservations when traveling with your pet.
Each property has a designated "Pet Walking Area." When taking your pet outdoors, please be certain to visit this designated area. Pet areas are equipped with a disposal station for your convenience.
As part of this policy, you will be provided with a "Goodie Bag" for your pet at check-in. Bags are available for dogs and cats which contain treats, a list of local pet stores, locations of area vets, pet friendly parks, and your "Pet in Room" door sign.
Please display your "Pet in Room" door sign anytime your pet is in the room.
Please do not leave pets alone in the room. Contact our front desk for information regarding kennels.
If your pet is loud, we will have to credit guests in neighboring rooms for their inconvenience. In such an event, you will be charged for those costs.
Pet owners are responsible for their pet's behavior. The registered guest's credit card will be charged for any damages to the room or property caused by their pet.
This policy exists to ensure the comfort of all guests and the safety of Windmill Staff. In addition to considering your comfort and ease of travel as a pet owner, we also aim to take into consideration those guests who may have allergies to pet dander. Guests keeping pets in their rooms without notifying our front desk will be charged a room sanitation fee.
